Full $95 due at your teams first game, no exceptions. You do not play if you do not pay in full. Please come to first games 30 mins early. Between payments, waivers, and jersey handouts we need everything to be on time.
- Floating blue line offsides
- Blue line icing
- No change allowed on icing or ball shot out of rink from defensive zone
- Defensive zone hand pass is okay. Three 12 minute periods, followed by a 3 min 3v3 OT, then a 3 man shootout, then any shooter (oshie rule)
- Punch thrown = kicked out of league for entire season + playoffs, player cannot be replaced with a new player.
- Top 6 teams make playoffs, the top 2 seeds get a bye.
- All playoff series are best of 3
- Stick above shoulder to call for a pass ok if no players around, cannot play a ball over your shoulders If you aren’t wearing your teams jersey for a game, that player will get a delay of game penalty as soon as they step on the rink their first shift. After that first shift/penalty, the player is ok to play. The non jersey shirt must match the teams colors
- Helmet required if under 18 years old, shin pads/gloves required for all, helmets are highly recommended if over 18.
- Players must play in 40% of eligible games to play in the playoffs. If a team is not ready 5 mins after start time they get a delay of game penalty. If a team is not ready 10 mins after start time they forfeit the game. One time out per game. Once it gets hotter (temperature) teams will get an additional time out for use only in the first or second period at the discretion of the EBHL Department of Player Safety.
- Cannot use instant replay to determine calls
